The Russians have developed a stealth fighter. It's capable of Mach 5 and has a thought-controlled weapons system.
Its mere existence tips the balance of power sharply in favor of the Warsaw Pact.
Nothing the West has in production or development can touch it.
For NATO forces, it presents a real problem.
Solution? (Obvious, really...)
